At Angel & Rocket, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.
Package the Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside the parcel to help our team identify your order quickly.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
